I have been running for 3 years but although fitness was improving, my weight was still fluctuating. I’ve always had a weight problem and before I started running, I went up to 20 stone I started training for a marathon and called on Sharon's help for nutrition advice as well as a lifestyle change and she didn’t disappoint. Regular meetings, constant support, eating plans, advice on food, weekly weigh-ins, as well as a few training runs with her too. I’ve completed my marathon now and the things I’ve learnt from my time with Sharon will keep me healthy, long after I’ve finished running. I’d recommend her to anyone wanting a change of lifestyle for the better
