"I decided to approach Sharon as I felt my diet was becoming increasingly unhealthy.
As a keen runner and someone who likes to stay active, I knew that the foods I was eating were likely not fuelling me adequately. And whilst losing weight was not a priority, I had put on a few pounds that were not shifting through exercise!
Sharon took the time to understand more about my lifestyle and home life before recommending changes. This was important to me as I have tried other programmes that have not worked with family life and the likes/dislikes of my husband and two boys.

I can honestly say that I feel so much better as a result of working with Sharon; the range of foods I am eating has increased, I'm eating far less saturated fat than before, and my water consumption has gone through the roof (its no exaggeration to say it was shocking beforehand).
Meeting with Sharon every week has kept me on track and motivated, and she has been encouraging and positive even when I've felt that I've slipped up a bit. And whilst weight loss was not my prime motivation, I've lost half a stone just through better food choices and weekly preparation.
